The craft coven was started in 2013 by Cassie jones as an informal facebook group to connect Philadelphians to fine art and crafts. Along with a hand picked group of local artists, Cassie runs the craft coven as an accessible entryway into the creative arts, and does this at no cost to herself. Yeah, that's right- it's all UNPAID!

Classes and Workshops 

Our home base studio is located at 10 north 3rd street in Olde City and we run workshops at many places around the city. With accessibility being our highest priority we rely on volunteers and donations to support our goals .

First Fridays and Socials

Every First Friday come by the Coven studio for a free craft, art on view in our gallery, and likely even some specialty drinks by our very own Jackie Nevin! We're also available for hosting private events, in our spaces or yours.
